Everyone’s invited to the Sacred Heart Parish Thanksgiving Picnic on Sunday, November 22nd at Heritage Park! Come enjoy a delicious turkey dinner with all the trimmings along with fun for the whole family from the Sweet Shop and Cake Walk to Silent and Live Auctions, a Kid’s Zone, Country Store, Cornhole and more!

Picnic Details: 

– Doors Open: 10am 

– Thanksgiving Meal: 11am to 2pm (*Includes turkey dinner with all the trimmings and dessert, served from 11am to 2pm. Dinner delivery is also available for homebound. Meal price is $15.00 for adults and $5.00 for children.

– Kids Games: Starts at 12pm. Cost is $5 per child for all day play.

– Cake Walk: Cost to play in the Cake Walk will be $1 per slot per game.

– Cornhole Tournament: Starts at 2pm

– Live & Silent Auctions: The Silent Auction is open from 11am to 3pm. The Live Auction kicks off at 4pm. A complimentary BBQ dinner will be available during the Live Auction.

– Raffle Tickets: Tickets will be located in the west Narthex of the church, and you may pick up as many as you like. All raffle tickets are to be turned in at the picnic on Sunday, Nov. 22nd.

– Donations & Baked Items Needed: Donations for the auctions are now being accepted.

All donated items may be dropped off anytime on Thursday, Nov. 19th, Friday, Nov. 20th or Saturday, Nov. 21st at Heritage Park. 

Every Parish family is asked to bake a pie for the dessert table or cake for the Cake Walk. Also, don’t forget to bring cinnamon rolls, cookies and pies for the Sweet Shop. Working together will make this one of our best picnics yet!
