At Sacred Heart, we are not just a school—but a family! We strongly encourage parent involvement and understand the vital role that our parents play in their child's educational journey. We believe that effective communication between our parents, students, faculty and staff is key to a successful academic experience at Sacred Heart Catholic School.

FACTS/RENWEB Parent Portal

Sacred Heart utilizes FACTS Management, an online billing and payment service, for registration and financial transactions. Enrollment through FACTS is required for students and all payment transactions are directed to and processed by FACTS.

Sacred Heart also uses FACTS’ RenWeb Student Information System as a portal for student grades, transcripts, class schedules, course syllabi, lesson plans, attendance and tracking of Christian Ministry hours among other services. Parents have access to Renweb, where they can view their child(ren)’s lesson plans, posted assignments, attendance grades and links to auxiliary materials.

Family Service Hour Sign Ups

As part of our effort to keep tuition affordable, our Alumni & Supporters organization actively fundraises to assist our school financially. Each student benefits from this assistance and each family is asked to sign up for 25 hours per school year to help in this endeavor. This is also a great opportunity for parents to get to know the other school families.

Safe Environment Training

All adult volunteers serving in any capacity affiliated with Sacred Heart Catholic School MUST have Safe Environment training beforehand, whether or not you will be in direct contact with children. This includes but is not limited to volunteering at your child’s class party, chaperoning a field trip, working in the concession stands at a sporting event, etc. Safe Environment Training must be renewed every two years.

Parent-Teacher Conferences

If at any time you’d like to schedule a parent-teacher conference, please contact your child’s teacher directly according to his/her communication preferences provided at the beginning of the school year.

If you’re interested in meeting with the school principal or other administrative personnel, please contact the SHCS front office at 940.759.2511.
